Tamari-glazed free-range chicken, brown rice, shredded cabbage, pickled ginger, carrot, cucumber, japanese-fermented pickles, creamy mayo & roasted peanut sprinkle.
Sriracha and fresh coriander served on the side.
Vegetarian version with marinated tofu.

Slow-cooked lamb with turmeric couscous, roast cauliflower, chickpeas, carrot, spinach & pomegranate.
Garlic yoghurt & mint to finish.
Veg option: Moroccan-spiced veg & chickpeas. -
Rich tomato-braised beef with rosemary, root veg & lentils, served over garlic mash or polenta.
Topped with gremolata & shaved parmesan.
Veg option: Braised mushroom + lentil ragù. -
Grilled lemongrass chicken, rice noodles, wombok slaw, carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, Thai basil, mint.
Ponzu-ginger dressing & black sesame.
Veg option: Sesame-crusted tofu. -
Chipotle-lime chicken, corn chips, black beans, salsa, avo, pickled onion, baby greens & coriander.
Green Goddess drizzle, jalapeños, feta & pepitas.
Veg option: Spiced lentil & black bean mix. -
Sumac chicken, quinoa tabbouleh, rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, beetroot hummus.
Lemon tahini & herbed yoghurt on the side, topped with dukkah.
Veg option: Baked falafel.
Pricing
Pricing starts at $25 per person for teams of up to 12, and $22.50 per person for 12–25.
For larger teams or custom requests, please reach out for a tailored quote.
All menus are crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients and can rotate weekly as part of a 6-week nourishing menu cycle. You can book for just one week or continue on a weekly basis — completely flexible with no lock-in commitment.

The earlier the better really! As a general rule of thumb, catering events are booked in 2-4 weeks in advance.
That said, feel free to reach out — I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests if I can.

Yes, absolutely. I can cater for most dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, low FODMAP, and more. Just let me know your team’s requirements when booking.

Food is served in one of two styles, depending on what best suits the meal: buffet-style (e.g., loaded nachos), where guests can help themselves to a variety of meal components, or individually packaged options, like poke bowls.
Both styles come complete with cutlery, napkins, food labels, and serving utensils (spoons/tongs)—everything you need for a seamless and stress-free dining experience.

I’ll deliver the food directly to you and can quickly set it up if needed — it doesn’t take long, and then I’ll leave you to enjoy. Most packaging is compostable or recyclable, so there’s minimal clean-up. If there are any items to collect (like sauce containers or food labels), I’ll swing by later that day to pick them up. Easy and low-fuss.
