1. Cooked by a Nutrition-Focused Chef
All meals are made by me, Amy — a chef with over 10 years’ experience and certified training in plant-based nutrition and holistic performance nutrition. Every dish is created with both flavour and wellbeing in mind.

2. Prepared in a Council-Approved Kitchen
Your meals are safely prepared in a fully certified, council-approved kitchen, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.

3. Small-Scale for Quality Control
I only take on a maximum of 10 households each week to keep things intimate, consistent, and personal. No mass production — just thoughtful, small-batch cooking.

4. Fresh, Never Frozen
Meals are made to order and delivered fresh the day they were made — for better taste, texture, and nutrition.

5. Served in Reusable Glass Containers
You have the option to have your meals delivered in glass containers to minimise single-use waste and avoid plastic toxins — better for your health, and the planet.

6. Locally Sourced Ingredients
I support local producers wherever possible — including fresh veggies from the Byron Farmers Market and ethically sourced organic meat from Brad’s Butcher.

Roasted butternut squash, caramelised onion and spinach, layered with creamy cashew béchamel, and topped with tomatoes and nutritional yeast — rich, comforting, and dairy-free.

Juicy lamb koftas spiced with cumin and coriander, served with caramelised eggplant, roasted cauliflower, a swirl of pomegranate molasses, and lemony yogurt sauce.

Slow-cooked beef in a rosemary and tomato-lentil ragu, served over creamy garlic mash and finished with gremolata and shaved parmesan.

Grilled lemongrass chicken (or tofu) with wombok slaw, carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, Thai basil, and mint, finished with a ponzu-ginger dressing and black sesame.

Pricing
Meal pricing ranges from $20–$30 per meal, depending on your dietary needs and how many meals you order each week. The lower end of the scale ($20) applies for 15+ meals — ideal for families or bulk weekly prep.
Each menu is designed with seasonal produce, tailored to your preferences and requirements — keeping things varied, nourishing, and never boring. You're welcome to book casually or set up a weekly rhythm — totally flexible, no lock-in commitments.
