From My Kitchen to Yours
-

1. Cooked by a Nutrition-Focused Chef
All meals are made by me, Amy — a chef with over 10 years’ experience and certified training in plant-based nutrition and holistic performance nutrition. Every dish is created with both flavour and wellbeing in mind.
-

2. Small-Scale for Quality Control
I only take on a maximum of 3 households each week to maintain a premium, personalised service. Please enquire to secure your place or join the waitlist for the next opening.
-

3. Prepared in a Council-Approved Kitchen
Your meals are safely prepared in a fully certified, council-approved kitchen, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.
-

4. Fresh, Never Frozen
Meals are made to order and delivered fresh the day they were made — for a premium taste and nutrient-rich experience.
-

5. Served in Reusable Glass Containers
Your meals can be delivered in reusable glass containers that go straight from the fridge to the oven for easy reheating. It’s a simple, low-waste system that’s better for your health and our environment.
-

6. Locally Sourced Ingredients
I support local producers wherever possible — including fresh veggies from the Byron Farmers Market, ethically sourced organic meat from Locavore Regenerative Organic Butcher, and organic nuts and seeds from Honest To Goodness.
How It Works
-
We’ll talk through your family’s lifestyle, dietary needs, and food preferences — what you love, what you avoid, and what you’d like more of — and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
-
Your meals are prepared in my fully certified, council-approved kitchen. It’s a setup that lets me cook efficiently, calmly, and with full attention to quality (while keeping your kitchen free for family life).
-
Meals are cooked to order and delivered fresh - never frozen. You can choose to have them packed in my reusable glass containers (oven- and dishwasher-safe) or in your own set of containers. We simply rotate them each week to keep things smooth and waste-free.
-
Some families prefer a full weekly plan, others just want healthy lunches and dinners covered. There are no set boxes or lock-ins — we create something that actually fits your life.

Pricing
Every family is different, so your quote is tailored to your household’s needs, preferences, and dietary style - ensuring a premium experience that suits your family.
How pricing works:
When I prepare a quote for your family, it’s made up of two parts:
Ingredient cost: $15–$25 per meal (depending on dietary requirements, preferences, and sourcing)
My time: hourly rate for planning, cooking, and delivery
To give you an idea:
Full weekly meal support: breakfasts, lunches, dinners and healthy baking for 7 days a week, for a family of 4 usually sits around $1000–$1500 per week
A lighter option: lunches and dinners for 5 days a week, for a family of 4 generally falls between $700–$900 per week
A note on final pricing:
The final cost depends on your family’s preferences — how many meals you’d like each week, and the style of food you enjoy. For example, fully organic ingredients or more seafood-based meals will sit at the higher end of the range.
Some NDIS-supported clients may be eligible — please enquire for details.
