    BYRON-SHIRE DELIVERED

FOR WHOM

For those who want genuine peace of mind around food — without the planning, the shopping, or the wondering whether what they're eating is truly good for them.

This service is for busy individuals, couples, and families who understand that their time and energy are worth protecting. People who want to eat well — really well — but whose lives don't leave room to make it happen consistently.

Each week, I plan, cook, and deliver. You open your fridge to meals that are beautiful, nourishing, and entirely yours — fresh, never frozen, and made specifically for your household.

Assorted food containers with various dishes including sushi rolls, salad, baked vegetables, meatballs, salmon, fruit salads, and desserts, arranged on a wooden table.

How It Works

  • We Connect

We begin with a conversation — your tastes, your health goals, your household's needs, any dietary requirements or health conditions.

  • I Plan

Each week I design a seasonal, personalised menu aligned with your nutritional intentions and what's at its best right now.

  • I Cook & Deliver

Meals are prepared fresh in my kitchen using the finest local organic produce and delivered directly to you in glass containers, labelled and ready.

  • You Nourish

Your fridge is full. Everything is portioned, labelled with reheating notes, and designed to hold beautifully across the week.

Three glass containers filled with overnight oats topped with strawberries and white chocolate chips on a wooden surface, with a small glass dish of chocolate energy bites in the background.
A glass container filled with sliced cucumbers, roasted asparagus, sliced turkey breast, chopped nuts, mixed greens, and black rice, all arranged on a wooden surface.
Two glass containers filled with sushi rolls on a wooden table, with small containers of pickled ginger on the side.
Close-up view of a colorful salad with cherry tomatoes, leafy greens, crumbled cheese, and toasted sliced almonds in a wooden bowl.
Assorted prepared foods in glass containers including sushi rolls, sliced salmon, mixed greens and vegetables, roasted butternut squash and zucchini, energy balls, oatmeal with strawberries, and a fruit salad with strawberries and white chocolate chips.

Every delivery covers everything — menu planning, ingredient sourcing, preparation, packaging, and delivery. There is nothing for you to organise, coordinate, or think about. The investment is all-inclusive.

What’s Included

Meals arrive portioned in reusable glass containers, labelled with the dish name and reheating instructions, and ready to go straight into the fridge. A handwritten note comes with each delivery sharing something about the week's menu — an ingredient, a nutritional intention, or simply what's in season right now.

How It Arrives

HOW YOU’LL FEEL

What Changes Across The First Month

Food this consistent and this intentional adds up quickly. Some changes happen in the first week. Others build steadily. Here's what clients commonly notice, and when.

WEEK 1 • THE PRESSURE LIFTS

The mental load of food disappears almost immediately — no planning, no shopping, no decision fatigue at 5pm. Mealtimes become calm. Most clients notice this within the first few days.

WEEK 1–2 • ENERGY SHIFTS

Blood sugar-stabilising meals begin to smooth out the energy curve. The afternoon crash softens. Many clients notice they're reaching less for caffeine or sugar to get through the day.

WEEK 2–3 • DIGESTION SETTLES

Higher fibre diversity, fermented foods, activated grains and seeds support a more settled gut. Bloating reduces. Regularity improves. The microbiome responds to the consistency.

WEEK 2–3 • INFLAMMATION QUIETENS

Anti-inflammatory ingredients used consistently across every meal begin to have a cumulative effect. Joint stiffness, skin, and general aches are often where this shows up first.

WEEK 3–4 • SLEEP DEEPENS

Magnesium-rich greens, tryptophan-containing proteins, and reduced sugar dependency support noticeably better sleep. Clients often describe falling asleep more easily and waking more rested.

BY MONTH ONE • A NEW BASELINE

All of the above, compounding. Steady energy, settled digestion, quieter inflammation, better sleep. Most clients say they didn't realise how much food was affecting them until they felt the difference.

Every body is different. These reflect what clients commonly share.

EXAMPLE WEEK • COMPLETE NOURISH

What This Looks Like In Practice

Every week is different. Here's a flavour of what one week might look like — the ingredients, the intention, and the variety:

+ BREAKFASTS that do real work — activated overnight oats with buckwheat, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and almonds soaked in organic milk with cinnamon and vanilla bean; adaptogenic mushroom congee with lion's mane, shiitake, spring onion and a soft egg for sustained cognitive clarity; chia pudding with berry coulis and toasted coconut; a crustless frittata with seasonal vegetables and ricotta. Each one designed to stabilise blood sugar, support the microbiome, and carry you through the morning.

+ LUNCHES that nourish without weighing down — roasted salmon with baby potato and dill; soba noodle salad with sesame-crusted tuna, kimchi and market greens; slow-roasted beetroot with candied walnuts and micro-herbs; teriyaki tofu rice paper rolls with fresh herbs and satay. High in fibre diversity, rich in colour, varied every week.

+ DINNERS with depth — slow-cooked beef, rosemary and red wine casserole with mash and garlic confit; lamb koftas with roasted eggplant and lemon-garlic-yoghurt; spring green risotto with locally sourced snapper; butternut, caramelised onion and spinach lasagne with cashew béchamel. Slow-cooked proteins rich in collagen, anti-inflammatory spice blends used as functional ingredients, not garnish.

+ SNACKS AND HEALTHY BAKING that actually nourish — dark cacao and walnut bliss balls with lion's mane; raw lemon and passionfruit cheesecake slice made with activated cashews; spiced banana and walnut muffins. Nothing processed, nothing off the shelf.

Eight glass meal prep containers filled with various cooked foods, including rice, vegetables, and meat, on a wooden table.

Every dish is designed with both flavour and wellbeing in mind. My background in plant-based and holistic performance nutrition means your meals are as nourishing as they are delicious.

  • Small Scale, Big Care

With only three families at a time on my roster, I keep things high quality, personal, and consistent. Please enquire to secure your place or join the waitlist for the next opening.

  • Prepared in a Council-Approved Kitchen

Your meals are safely prepared in a fully certified, council-approved kitchen, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Served in Reusable Glass Containers

Your meals can be delivered in reusable glass containers that go straight from the fridge to the oven for easy reheating. It’s a simple, low-waste system that’s better for your health and our environment.

  • High Quality Ingredients

I support local producers wherever possible — including produce from the Byron Farmers Market, ethically sourced organic meat from Locavore Regenerative Organic Butcher, and organic nuts and seeds from Honest To Goodness.

Non-toxic cookware, always.

Every meal is prepared using non-toxic, low-plastic cookware exclusively — no Teflon, no non-stick coatings, no plastic in contact with heat. Cast iron, stainless steel, and ceramic throughout. What's on the plate is only part of the story — what it's cooked in matters too.

03 HOUSEHOLD SPOTS • STRICTLY LIMITED

The subscription is limited to three households at any one time — a deliberate choice that means every client receives genuine weekly attention, a fully personalised menu, and the full depth of nutritional knowledge behind each delivery.

When a spot opens, it is offered to the next enquiry in order.

The Glass Containers

All meals are delivered in reusable glass containers — oven-safe, dishwasher-safe, and provided by me as part of the subscription. There's nothing for you to source or organise.

The system works on a simple circular rotation: I deliver your meals in glass containers, and at your next delivery I collect the clean empty containers from the previous week and drop off your new meals at the same time. It's seamless, low-waste, and the containers go straight from fridge to oven.

Stacked plastic food containers filled with cooked or preserved vegetables on a wooden table near a window.

HOW THIS WORKS

You join a spot.

Your fridge is taken care of every week.

No thinking required.

The Everyday Personal Chef is a weekly subscription — not a one-off booking, not a meal kit, not a service you order occasionally. You join one of three available household spots, we design your first week together, and from there your meals are planned, prepared and delivered every week.

The minimum commitment is four weeks. After that it rolls weekly, with flexibility built in for holidays and life.

Stephy M • Lennox Head • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • "Oh my goodness Amy, your food is absolutely sensational!! Thank you so much."

Tina A • Suffolk Park • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • "Your meals have been delicious and honestly a life saver this week. I've actually nearly eaten them all already!"

Prue C • Bangalow • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • "The barramundi pan fried in the herb mix and risotto was absolutely delicious last night, a favourite so far. Thank you for the beautiful food."

Christie • South Golden Beach • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • "Mate... The meals are friggen epic, very generous portions too. I wasn't sure how I'd go with the dinners as I eat like a horse after work but half a container is great for me. The lunches are full of variety and different flavours too and those dressings 👌 Very happy with them, looking forward to next weeks batch already!"

Max D • Suffolk Park • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • "Thanks so much the beautiful meals! All delicious 😋 It was so nice to spend more family time together and our kids loved the slow booked beef!! So strange not to spend a Sunday planning out the weeks meals and shopping!"

Krissy M • Byron Bay • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • "So fresh and full of flavour. You've made our week SO much easier. Thank you!"

Jess B • Ewingsdale • Personal Chef Meal Support

  • Yes — and this is exactly where the subscription is at its most valuable. Whether you're managing an autoimmune condition, navigating gut dysfunction, following a specific therapeutic protocol, or simply trying to reduce inflammation and support your hormones, I design menus with genuine nutritional precision.

  • Weekday Nourish covers lunches and dinners Monday to Friday. Complete Nourish covers every meal of every day including breakfasts, healthy baking, and snacks across all seven days. If you're unsure which suits your household, I'll help work it out in our initial conversation.

  • Across Byron Bay, Bangalow, Wategos, Lennox Head, Newrybar, Ocean Shores, and surrounding areas within the Byron Shire.

  • All glass containers are provided by me and included in the subscription — nothing for you to source. I deliver your meals in the containers, and at your next delivery I collect the clean empty ones and drop off the new meals at the same time. Oven-safe and dishwasher-safe — straight from fridge to oven.

  • All meals are prepared using non-toxic, low-plastic cookware - no Teflon, no non-stick coatings, no plastic in contact with heat. Cast iron, stainless steel, and ceramic throughout. This is a standard I hold in my own kitchen and bring to every event.

  • A minimum of four weeks applies to all new clients. After that the subscription rolls weekly with flexibility for holidays and schedule changes.

  • More than 75% of all ingredients are certified organic or spray-free, sourced from The Farmers Store, Byron Farmers Market, Locavore Regenerative Organic Butcher, and Honest To Goodness. For a small number of ingredients where local organic supply is limited, I source the highest-quality conventional option and am always transparent about that.

  • The subscription is genuinely personalised — not a meal prep service that scales. Each week I design a unique menu for each household, source ingredients specifically for their needs, and prepare everything fresh. Three households is the maximum that allows me to do this at the standard it deserves.

  • Send an enquiry and I'll be in touch as soon as a spot opens. Spots are offered in the order enquiries are received.
