Everyday Personal Chef
A small-scale personal chef service for families - so you can feed your family well each week, without the stress.
Proudly serving Byron Bay, Lennox, Bangalow & Northern Rivers
I’m Amy, a Nutrition Chef based in Byron Bay. Each week, I cook for a small handful of local families - preparing fresh, nourishing meals from my own kitchen and delivering them straight to your door.
My service is personalised and high-care - designed to make your week run smoother, create calmer evenings, and support better health.
Why Families Choose This Service
-

1. Cooked by a Nutrition-Focused Chef
Every dish is designed with both flavour and wellbeing in mind. My background in plant-based and holistic performance nutrition means your meals are as nourishing as they are delicious.
-

2. Small Scale, Big Care
With only three families at a time on my roster, I keep things high quality, personal, and consistent. Please enquire to secure your place or join the waitlist for the next opening.
-

3. Prepared in a Council-Approved Kitchen
Your meals are safely prepared in a fully certified, council-approved kitchen, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.
-

4. Fresh, Never Frozen
No fixed menus, no bulk-prep and no pre-packed boxes. Everything is made for your household, your needs, and your preferences, and delivered fresh the day they were made for a premium taste and nutrient-rich experience.
-

5. Served in Reusable Glass Containers
Your meals can be delivered in reusable glass containers that go straight from the fridge to the oven for easy reheating. It’s a simple, low-waste system that’s better for your health and our environment.
-

6. High Quality Ingredients
I support local producers wherever possible — including produce from the Byron Farmers Market, ethically sourced organic meat from Locavore Regenerative Organic Butcher, and organic nuts and seeds from Honest To Goodness.
How It Works
-
We’ll talk through your family’s lifestyle, dietary needs, and food preferences — what you love, what you avoid, and what you’d like more of — and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
You’re also welcome to start with a 5-meal trial pack if you prefer to ease in.
-
Your meals are prepared in my fully certified, council-approved kitchen. It’s a setup that lets me cook efficiently, calmly, and with full attention to quality (while keeping your kitchen free for family life).
-
Meals are cooked to order and delivered fresh - never frozen. You can choose to have them packed in my reusable glass containers (oven- and dishwasher-safe) or in your own set of containers. We simply rotate them each week to keep things smooth and waste-free.
Most meals are ready to enjoy, while a few may need a quick finishing touch — like pan-frying fresh fish or adding toasted nuts and seeds for that perfect crunch.
-
Some families prefer a full weekly plan, others just want healthy lunches and dinners covered. There are no set boxes or lock-ins — we create something that actually fits your life.
More Time For What Matters
Cooking for a family takes a lot of time each week – time you could be spending on the people and things you love. With my Personal Chef Meal Service, that time is freed up, giving you calmer evenings and a little more breathing room.
Investment
Every family is different, so your quote is tailored to your household’s needs, preferences, and dietary style - ensuring a premium experience that suits your family.
How it works:
Your investment is an all-inclusive weekly rate covering everything: ingredients, planning, sourcing, cooking, and packaging. It’s a seamless, high-care service that saves you hours each week while supporting calmer evenings and better health.
To give you an idea:
Full weekly meal support: breakfasts, lunches, dinners and healthy baking for 7 days a week, for a family of 4 usually sits around $1000–$1500 per week
A lighter option: lunches and dinners for 5 days a week, for a family of 4 generally falls between $700–$900 per week
NDIS support
I cook for a number of NDIS clients, and many individuals are able to use their funding for this service — please enquire for details.
A note on final pricing:
