I’m Amy Klitscher, a Nutrition Chef & Culinary Coach dedicated to helping people thrive through food. Over the past decade, I’ve cooked across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands — working as a private chef, event caterer, and retreat cook. I specialise in high-end in-home dining, large-scale catering, and wellness-focused meals that are as delicious as they are deeply nourishing.
