I’m Amy Klitscher, a nutrition-focused Private Chef and Culinary Coach based in Byron Bay. I help people feel better through food - whether that’s by cooking for them, or teaching them how to cook with confidence and ease.
With over a decade of experience working across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, I’ve cooked as a high-end private chef, large-scale event caterer, and retreat chef, specialising in meals that are deeply nourishing, flavour-driven and grounded in wholefood principles.
My work blends thoughtful cooking with nutritional wisdom to support healing from the inside out. I create vibrant, anti-inflammatory and gut-supportive food and guide others to do the same - making healthy eating feel joyful, sustainable and stress-free.
